The Linksys WorkGroup Switch creates an Internet connection for the multiple computers in your business network. Switches are similar to routers but are designed to deal with a larger amount of data. Reset the switch if it is no longer operating properly and the LED lights on the front of the switch are not illuminated. Unlike other Linksys products, the switch does not have a built-in reset button and the device must be reset manually.

2.Remove the power cable from the rear of the Workgroup switch. Wait 30 seconds.
3.Plug the power cable back into the DC port on the rear of the workgroup switch. Wait for the status lights on the front of the switch to illuminate before reconnecting the Ethernet cables from the computers.
